Warner music: From “Strangers” to a Repeatable Narrative

Turn a single viral spark into a modular Content OS that compounds saves, shares, and streams across every release.

Context

Kenya Grace broke through on the back of “Strangers.” The sound traveled. The story did not.
Label priority: move from moment to system.

Objective

Create a repeatable storytelling engine that lifts pre-save, day-one streams, and four-week UGC velocity for the next three drops.

Save and share rate predict streaming lift. Treat each hook like a format. Treat each release like a chapter in the same world.

Core insight

Codify the Kenya World. Fix the narrative first, then mass-produce formats that invite fan participation and route directly to versions and playlists.

WHAT I BUILT

What I Build

🎯 Narrative Spine

Isolation → euphoria → connection → self-awareness.
Every asset maps to one beat in the spine.

🎛️ Format Lattice per Track
  • Signature hook loop — strongest two–eight bars
  • Meta sample breakdown — origin & texture of sound
  • Projector performance loop — built for stitches
  • Duet script — harmony & counter-melody prompts
  • Editor loop pack — pre-cut stems + timecodes
  • Nine cut-downs — optimized first three seconds

🤝 Creator OS

30 mid-tier creators across music, dance, and edit culture.
Clear rights guardrails, safe clip lengths, tag rules, and a 24-hour submit path.
Automatic Stitch Wall features top 10 flips daily.

🔗 Conversion Routing

Pinned comment smartlink routes to versions & the Kenya World playlist.
Replies on top UGC nudge saves and adds to library.

📊 Signal Loop Dashboard

Live tiles for saves/view, shares/view, 3-sec retention, Shazams, and 28-day streams.
I iterate assets against save/share deltas; keep anything above 0.25 saves/view and 3% shares/view.
